Uncle Earl's BBQ Catering

Planning a party or event? Let Uncle Earl's BBQ n' Blues Experience handle the catering! We offer a range of catering services, from drop-off delivery to full-service events. 

Our full-service food and beverage events begin at a minimum of $1500. This includes two hours of service. Additional hours are available at a rate of $100 per hour.

Our team will expertly carve and plate meats for your guests.

For parties of up to 25 guests, we provide one Pitmaster and four servers. For every additional 10 guests, one additional server will be added to ensure excellent service.

The cost includes travel within 10 miles of Uncle Earl BBQ N' Blues Experience  324 N Leavitt St Suite 100, Chicago, IL 60612 , IL. An additional transportation fee will apply for travel beyond this radius.

To secure your event date, a 50% deposit is required. The final payment and any last-minute requests are due 3 business days prior to the event.

Should weather conditions necessitate moving your event indoors, your order will be pre-smoked in advance, and we'll provide an indoor setup instead.

For full-service outdoor events, we'll need a 10x10 tent space and parking for our van. Please note that electricity is not required for our setup.
